Dr. Babajide Alalade – CEO

Dr Babajide Alalade trained completed his training in the University of Lagos, the United Kingdom and in the United States at the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.

He obtained Fellowships of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria, The Institute of Management Consultants and the Institute of Arts Management and Professionals. He is a Certified Management Consultant, and a Certified Management Specialist with Distinction.

He was a Finalist for the INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS Category and his team won the OUTSTANDING TEAM AWARD at the 2018 Zenith Global Health Awards. He was the 2019 Winner, Advancing Health in Media at the Zenith Global Health Awards, London UK.

He was the Recipient in 2023 of The Development in Nigeria Merit Award in Reproductive & Fertility Medicine.

Dr. Aderemi Alalade – CEO

Dr Aderemi Alalade is medical doctor with over twenty years of experience. He currently works as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in the National Health Service (NHS), having completed advanced training skills modules in gynaecological oncology, colposcopy, vulval diseases, minimal access

surgery and advanced labour practice, with vast experience in clinical and educational governance through managerial and leadership roles which he holds.

He is a member of several teams and part of the examiner board for the Part 3 membership exams of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), and a subcommittee member for Diploma examinations at the RCOG, the Professional Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) and an expert witness for the General Medical Council.

He is a Clinical Senior Lecturer and the Lead for Quality Assurance for the North Wales Medical School, Wales, and part of the Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) which regulates Independent Healthcare providers and inspects NHS Services in Wales.

He possesses excellent communication skills, treat colleagues fairly and demonstrate sound judgment.
